Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian.
Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian. Though we have visited Rovinj at wintertime the weather was fantastic and the city itself was lively though basicly we could meet basicly with locals, who were so kind to us by the way.
You can really enjoy the old city part, which is uniqe and a must see location! There are nothing in a far distant so if You travel there by car you can put that down and you can discover marvellous locations.
There are local shops in the downtown but the supermarkets are also not far away! There is a recreational area situated south from the old city which is also a must visit place and you can enjoy the beach area there also. The city and its neighbourhood is ideal for families, seniors, and companies as well and I highly recommend to see that for everyone!

Hotel Grand Park - Bathroom adjustable mirror too high up, could not see in it. Safe too high to reach or see in it.
Plants outside balcony on 2nd floor rooms spoiled view, they had apparently cost a fortune but were a mess, not tended and grown too high.
Top rail on edge of property, ie room balcony and restaurant, was in direct line of vision when seated so interrupted view. Hotel should have a re-think about this. Maybe flowers would be nice with an irrigation system, would greatly enhance the ambience

Vibrant town with a lot of activities, breathtaking beaches and time to relax and spend time with loved ones.
No clubs or loud noise, and the town dies down at around 11pm or midnight. You can not make a mistake with food - anywhere you go, you will have a tasty meal. Opt for "pljukanci" - traditional Istrian pasta - whenever it is on the menu.

Rovinj is a charming sea side city.
Rovinj is a charming sea side city. The downtown is vibrant with many bars, cafes and restaurants. The seafood at all the restaurants we went to were over the top. We had fresh fish prepared table side which was some of the best we have ever had. We highly recommend finding a good location on the dock or at a bar to watch the sunset. It is amazing! We look forward to returning!
The hostess was very nice, willing lady. She showed us everything, the flat was unbelievely clean, well equiped, comfortable with everything we need. The location was excellent, close to the heart of the city and close to the sea - there was a beautiful view on the old town as well as on sea from the balcony. We appriciate to stay among regular citizens, not beeing in a big hotel. The big advantage was a grocery, drugstore and other shops right in the neighbourhood. The atmosphere of Rovinj is very special, we liked the place very much :-)
Close to the beach, but still out of all the crowd. Pay attention to their store as you can buy seasonal veggies and fruit from there.Their wine is great too! We actually had a dinner at their place as we were too tired to go to town. We had some bred, their olives, their figs, few different types of cheese, some cold cuts of meet and tried few tupes of their wines. Their breakfast was one of the best we had in 3 weeks touring Greece. Italy and Croatia. Both Samantha and Karen are great and helped us answering all the questions we had.
So many reasons to recommend this hotel--starting with the welcome! We received excellent instructions in advance about parking and were greeted and escorted to the hotel. Our fourth-floor room was lovely and spacious. And quiet! And clean. And nicely furnished. And had a lovely view of tile rooftops. Alyksandra at reception and breakfast was friendly and efficient. She even made us sandwiches to go when we had to leave early to catch a flight--her suggestion, not our request. If you want to stay in Rovinj, stay here!
This is a charming and immaculate property. It is in a perfect location. The staff is extraordinary. From our first contact ( assistance with parking) we were treated like royalty. The staff was so professional and helpful, extremely well trained, and friendly. We were in a perfect location for walking access to the entire beautiful city of Rovinj. Without question, this is by far the best hotel choice in this magical town. We loved Rovinj and we loved Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico.
Charming little boutique hotel situated in the perfect location, 10-15’ walk to the downtown, quite small, but brand new bathroom equipped with everything the guest needs, superb comfy bad and crispy, white bed linen, excellent breakfast served at the groundfloor near the reception area, kind staff, parking, extra charged, behind the hotel which is very convenient, well maintained greenery around the property, elevator is extra plus.
Very stylish hotel, seemed newly renovated! Location is in the center of the old town and they offer pick up rides and rides to nearby beaches with a electric car! Parking is included in the price, which us very comfortable! They have three quiet roof terraces that everyone can use! Breakfast is also nice! Plus they have coffee machines and nice toiletries in all the rooms. The staff is very polite.
Breakfast is a nice, typical hotel breakfast with everything you could want. The best location in town. A grocery store is across the street, another is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, the old town is a 5-minute walk away. The view from the room is definitely one of the best in the city.
This is a pretty spectacular hotel from design to location ! Pools were absolutely amazing ! Incredible spa! Walking distance to old town! Great promenade and shops right in front ! Very tasty food although did not sample the outstanding Jeffrey Vella restaurant ! The kids loved the kids clubs and games room!
The location of this hotel is breathtaking. The free ferry boat to the old town is very convenient. The hotel is charming and very relaxed. The staff is very professional and more than willing to assist. Breakfast was very good and overall the stay was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.
- beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean apartment
- super friendly and hospitable host with a lovely family, always ready to help
- good location: Cuvi beach is a 10 minutes walking distance, Zlatni Rt - beautiful park with lots of trees and nice beaches 15 minutes, and the old town 20 minutes away
lovely hotel in great location in the old town. Breakfast was amazing with different speciality local foods every day, and home made cake. Carmen who served breakfast and made cake deserves special mention for being so welcoming and encouraging us to try her Istrian specialities.
The hotel is located next to a beautiful natural park where you can walk and bike (which can be rented right next to the hotel); just a 15-minute walk to the old town; spacious room; food was very tasty and diverse; indoor pool with excellent sea water; friendly staff.
The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes walking to old town or 5 minutes drive to the beach. We stayed in the apartment with no balcony and it was great, plenty of room for our family of four.
The hotel was good. The hotel is close to the main road but you do need to walk a little bit on unpaved streets to get there. Otherwise the location is very good as it is right in the heart of Rovinj. Overall I was satisfied.
Definitely the best hotel in Croatia. The building itself is majestic. Splendid view on the Old Town. Staff was very friendly and professional, especially girl Kristina at lobby bar
Beautiful venue, extremely clean. One of the best hotels we have been in Croatia. Very professional staff, we got a free room upgrafe...everything was just perfect.
